Most people will want to replace their existing windows for 2 or 3 of the top ten reasons. If a husband and wife are asked separately generally they will both provide different reasons. If both are shown a list of the top ten reasons most will pick 9 or 10 of the top ten reasons.
Top 10 Reasons For Replacing Windows
1. High heating and cooling bills.
2. Tired of removing their blinds and painting their windows every few years.
3. Tired of cleaning their windows that don't tilt.
4. Upset about how poorly their windows open and close.
5. Fearful that their drafty windows will cause their family to get sick.
6. Fearful of getting on a ladder to clean and paint the outsides of their windows.
7. Fearful of the mold growth on their wood windows.
8. Most of their neighbors are enjoying the benefits of new replacement windows .
9. Older single pane windows offer very little security for their home.
10. The total time and lack of leisure time it takes to maintain their windows.
In the next few threads I will go into more detail about each of these reasons and the benfits of replacement windows. |

It looks like you nailed it pretty good. We just had ours replaced not to long ago and a few of those were the reason why. Right now our friend is doing the same with his home, so we're kind of helping him through the process since we were already there.
