I saw this picture and thought, wow, somebody did some great work with photoshop to cook up this picture.
After a little research, I discovered it is a real place.
This water hole is found in the Monticello Dam located in Northern California, This funnel shaped outlet allows water to bypass the dam when it reaches maximum capacity, as it swallows a rate of 48,400 cubic feet per second
