We've had different home improvement projects done over the past few years and we can never figure out how much insurance the contractors need. How much should a window company have? If needed I can have my insurance company send them a copy with their name on it. There are some shady people out there that make up their own policies (forged). I'm just trying to cover all of my bases before they start replacing my windows. It's been tough trying to decide on the company and all there windows options. I'm sure I will make the right decision when all said and done. I'll be sure to get proof of my contractors insurance before they actually start replacing some of my windows. This could save a lot of headaches down the road.
