Hello Everyone,
There is a very good chance that I might have to replace all of my windows. I'm not to sure yet. I was wondering is there anything that I need to look for when shopping around?

Thanks!

At first you have to find out what kind of window frame you are going to go with. Vinyl or wood are the primary choices. Second you need to decide if your going with double or triple pane windows.

We're probably going to just stick with double pane windows since are budget is very low. As for window frames, which kind would you suggest for our home? I'm new to this so I don't know to much about them.

I would suggest going with wood window frames. I'm not sure how well they compare to vinyl window frames. I just simply like the wood look.

We're pretty much in the same boat at the moment. We are needing 5 new windows in our home so I'm searching every place on google for valuable info.

Thanks WindowGura! I think I will just go ahead and go with wood window frames. Overall I do think they look a little better and they would really match our interior trim Smile

That's an excellent choice Aero! I don't think you will regret them. We installed some in our home a few years back and love them. They still look just as good as the day we installed them.

I've also heard that you should check out the window company very good to make sure they have a great rep. Also make sure they have a good insurance policy just to be on the safe side of things Smile
