No, just in MA & RI. This forum and my website generates leads from all over the nation that I exchange with other dealers that I know in most cases. For estimate requests in areas where I don't know a window dealer I use a service that connects the shopper with a couple local window companies.
Thanks for the comment about my articles! The problem I'm having publishing them here is that people come and find the answers to their window questions and they never actually join the forum. |

Yeah, that sucks. Windows are something a homeowner purchases only once or twice in a lifetime, so a window forum probably doesn't have a lot of repeat visitors. On the flip side, you are getting some good links back to your site, and eventually this forum will get enough traffic to attract mfgrs to advertise.
I would love to have a spot in your footer next to yours.

I just checked my stats, 14.48 pages are viewed by each user, 90% search engine traffic searching for 346 different search terms. The forum does help my site with traffic and links.
Footer links are not that great Google just assumes that people buy them. Your signature links should work fine for SEO purposes. |
